Chelsea football club preparing £45million transfer bid to sign Bayern Munich winger this summer

Without much doubts, Chelsea football club will most definitely remain keen on challenging the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for some major trophies in the forthcoming season.
Do remember that the West London club were in good form for the most part of the 2021/2022 season where they ultimately finished in third position on the Premier League table.
However, Chelsea football club will definitely aim higher in the forthcoming 2022/2023 season and must now sign some new players this summer to further strengthen their current squad.
And if reports are anything to go by, then Chelsea football club have been linked with a move for experienced Bayern Munich forward Serge Gnabry this summer transfer window.
The 26-year-old Germany International, who departed Werder Bremen back in 2017 to join Bayern Munich has been an important member of the first-team squad over the previous seasons.
The experienced left-winger was heavily involved for Bayern Munich during their title-winning 2021/2022 season where he scored 17 goals and created 10 assists in 46 appearances in all competitions.
His impressive performances in front of goal is believed to have caught the attention of Chelsea football club and according to reports from DailyMail, the Blues are keen on signing him.
The reports further claimed that Chelsea football club are really interested in Serge Gnabry and are preparing a transfer bid worth up to £45million to lure him away from Bayern Munich.
It is believed that Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel wants to add more firepower to his attacking options and he has identified Serge Gnabry as a needed addition to his squad.
And with just one year left on his current contract with Bayern Munich, it remains to be seen if the German champions will be interested in offloading Serge Gnabry this summer or risk losing him on a free transfer when his contract expires in June 2023.
