CHE 0:0 FUL: Mudryk’s Awful Display Today Justifies Why His First Impression Was Deceiving

Chelsea resumed football action in the English Premier League today when they welcomed Fulham to the Stamford Bridge Stadium. The West Londoners still couldn’t bounce back to winning ways in the competition as they sat for a frustrating goalless draw with Fulham at full-time.
Well, Mykhailo Mudryk started his very first game for Chelsea in today’s match as he had an unconvincing performance against Fulham. The Ukrainian International who was expected to be that vibrant force of Chelsea’s attack couldn’t do much to help the team in the game as his offensive threat was neutralised by Fulham defenders. He had no shot on target, no shot off target, no dribble attempted or even completed, no key pass, and a few other aspects where he defaulted for Chelsea in this game.
I believe his awful display today justifies why his first impression for the Blues was deceiving. We could recall when Mykhailo Mudryk made his debut for Chelsea against Liverpool some weeks ago. The Ukrainian International came on in the second half of that game looking very sharp as he terrorised Liverpool’s defense line and almost netted a goal. It seems his earlier performance for Chelsea was a fluke as he couldn’t put up that same display against a smaller side like Fulham. Some might say he played only 45 minutes in the game but still not an excuse for his awful display today.
