Chelsea eye Fofana swap deal
Chelsea are reportedly planning a bid for Leicester City star Wesley Fofana and may throw in Ruben Loftus-Cheek to sweeten the deal.
The Blues have been discussing the option internally, and are considering offering the Foxes £40-45m for Fofana, plus Loftus-Cheek.
Loftus-Cheek’s Chelsea exit stance
Ruben Loftus-Cheek has no desire to leave Chelsea this summer amid links to Leicester City as part of a deal for Wesley Fofana.
The Telegraph report Loftus-Cheek’s current stance is that he won’t go, whether it’s part of a swap for Fofana or in a standalone transfer.
He is ready to fight for his place in Thomas Tuchel’s midfield, despite the added competition from Conor Gallagher this season.
