REPORTS: Arsenal striker could leave the club this month amidst interest from Paris Saint-Germain

Without much doubts, Arsenal football club will most definitely be aiming towards securing a top four spot on the Premier League table by the end of the 2021/2022 season.
The North London club made some signings during the summer as they look to rival the likes of Manchester City, Liverpool and Chelsea for the Premier League title this season.
But then, Arsenal have endured a difficult season so far and are currently occupying the 6th position on the Premier League table following their recent 0-0 draw at home to Burnley.
And now, if reports are anything to go by, then Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could be on his way out of the club before the end of the month.
The 32-year-old Gabon International, who joined Arsenal after leaving Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund in 2017 has been an important member of the first-team squad over the previous seasons.
The experienced striker was heavily involved for Arsenal during the 2020/2021 season where he scored 15 goals and created four assists in 39 appearances in all competitions.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang also started the ongoing 2021/2022 season on a good note, scoring seven goals and recording two assists in the 15 matches he played before he was frozen out of the first-team squad due to disciplinary issues.
Coupled with that, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang was also stripped off the club’s captaincy and according to reports from Daily Mail, he is in line to leave the club this month.
The reports further claimed that Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is attracting interests from Ligue 1 side Paris Saint-Germain and Italian side Juventus.
It is believed that Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino wants to add more firepower to his attacking options and he is interested in signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang from Arsenal.
But then, his wages is sort of a stumbling block and it remains to be seen if Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will be willing to take a pay cut and secure a move to either Paris Saint-Germain or Juventus before the end of the January transfer window.
