How Chelsea Could Line Up Under Pochettino If They Sign Osimhen, Nkunku, and Onana Next Summer

The 2022/23 season can be said be to one of the worst seasons of Chelsea Football Club in the 21st century. The English Premier League giant finishes the season in the 12th position after sacking two managers and having four managers at the helm across the season.
The club has spent more than €600 million on signing players since Todd Boehly took charge of the club. However, a new step has been taken with the appointment of Mauricio Pochettino ahead of next season. His early appointment would give the Blues-the chance to start planning their season early and also sign the right players for the manager as early as possible.
In the area of signings, Chelsea has been linked to a few players ahead of the summer transfer window. However, the most intense rumours have been about Victor Osimhen, Christopher Nkunku, and Andre Onana.
Chelsea would need to sign a striker who would be able to score consistently. They also need a more consistent goalkeeper and a midfielder who can contribute to the attack like RB Leipzig’s Christopher Nkunku whom they have been linked with since last season.
Chelsea would also be looking to bring back Levi Colwill from Brighton and Hove Albion. The 20-year-old centre-back has shone for the Seagulls across the 22 appearances he made in the 2022/23 season.
With all four players joining the team to kickstart Pochettino’s era, below is how the team could line up next season:
