Chelsea interested in signing 26-year-old forward ahead of summer transfer window

Without much doubts, Chelsea football club will most definitely be aiming towards winning some more trophies under the management of Thomas Tuchel this season.
The West London club made some signings during the summer as they bid to challenge the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for the Premier League title this season.
However, that is not quite working out well so far, as the Blues are currently occupying the 3rd position on the Premier League table after playing 25 matches.
But now, Chelsea remain keen on improving their attacking options when the summer transfer window opens and have been linked with a move for Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry.
The 26-year-old Germany International, who signed up for Bayern Munich back in 2017 has been an important member of the first-team squad over the previous seasons.
The experienced right-winger enjoyed an interesting 2020/2021 season where he scored 11 goals and created seven assists in 38 appearances in all competitions.
Serge Gnabry has also been quite influential for Bayern Munich so far this ongoing 2021/2022 season, scoring 12 goals and providing nine assists in the 31 matches he has played.
His impressive performances in that Bayern Munich attack has attracted interests and according to reports from The Sun, Premier League side Chelsea are eyeing a transfer move for him.
The reports further claimed that Chelsea want to add more firepower to their attacking options next summer and have identified Serge Gnabry as a needed addition to their squad.
But then, it remains to be seen if Chelsea will be able to pay up the needed transfer fee in order to sign Serge Gnabry from Bayern Munich when the summer transfer window opens.
