Chelsea football club prepare £17million transfer fee to sign 27-year old midfielder

Without much doubts, Premier League giants Chelsea football club will nost defiinitely remain keen on challenging the likes of Manchester City and Liverpool for trophies next season.
The West London club enjoyed quite an interesting 2021/2022 season as they secured a 3rd position on the Premier League table under manager Thomas Tuchel.
And with the forthcoming 2022/2023 season almost here, Chelsea will look to improve their squad by signing some new players when the transfer window opens.
It is believed that Chelsea football club want to improve their midfield options and have been linked with a move for experienced Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot next summer.
The 27-year-old France International, who signed up for Juventus after leaving Paris Saint-Germain in 2019 has been quite impressive since he made the move.
The experienced central midfielder was heavily involved for Juventus during the 2020/2021 season where he scored five goals and created two assists in 47 appearances in all competitions.
Adrien Rabiot was also quite influential for Juventus during the just concluded 2021/2022 season as he registered two assists in the 45 matches he played.
But then, Adrien Rabiot has just one year left on his current contract with Juventus and due to his refusal to sign a new contract, he could be planning to leave the club next summer.
And according to reports from The Sun, Adrien Rabiot is attracting interests from Premier League side Chelsea football ahead of the summer transfer window.
The reports further claimed that Chelsea are really interested in Adrien Rabiot and are now preparing a transfer bid worth up to £17million to lure him away from Juventus.
And with the summer transfer window fast approaching, it remains to be seen if the proposed £17million transfer offer will be enough to convince Juventus into offloading Adrien Rabiot to Chelsea.
