It was indeed a disappointing result for Chelsea in their match against Brighton today. The match ended in a 1-1 draw for both teams.

Both Brighton and Chelsea played to their best performances to ensure that they win, however, the match ended in a 1-1 draw for both teams. The goal from Hakim Ziyech on the he 28th minutes of the first half gave Chelsea the early first half lead. However, Brighton equalized the scoreline with a strike from Adam Webster in the 60th minutes of the second half.

However, during the match, there are some poor decisions made by the Referee and t HR Video Assistant referee, VAR.

In the 81st minutes of the second half, Mason mount was pulled down on the penalty box by the opponent player in his Goalscoring attempt for Chelsea. Despite the foul against him, the Referee Kevin Friend refused to award a penalty to Chelsea.

The foul on mason mount was enough reason for the referee to award a penalty to Chelsea, but he refused to do so.
